I.N.T. is glad to release its new Navafix® Reactive LEC Series today!
Navafix® Reactive LEC Series are the most cost-effective low temperature reactive dyes that deliver high color fixation and strength dyeing properties. They are suitable for all types of cellulose fibers and their blends at temperature 40°C, in the dyeing process of exhaust, cold pad-batch and continuous.
For dyeing traditional type reactive dyes, soda ash plays an important role in fixation of the dyestuffs onto the fibers but towards NaOH the dyes can easily be unstable under strong alkali condition. Moreover, while dyeing cold pad-batch process conventional reactive dyes must use sodium silicate (Na2SiO3) as the main instead of NaOH. If sodium silicates do not wash off properly, uncertain reaction of sodium silicate with Acetic acid will cause fiber embrittlement. With our Navafix® Reactive LEC Series, we can use NaOH as the main alkali which can be neutralized by Acetic acid for easier cleaning.
